I'm Trey Hohman — legal name Loren Hohman — and I've spent my career as a real estate agent with Nourmand & Associates, one of Los Angeles's most established independent brokerages. I work primarily across the Eastside — Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Atwater Village, and Eagle Rock — and up into the foothill communities of La Cañada Flintridge and La Crescenta, with clients across the broader Los Angeles and Southern California market as well.

What that means day to day: I'm not working from a spreadsheet of comps I pulled that morning. I know which streets in Silver Lake get the hillside view premium and which don't, why a La Cañada listing near the high school moves differently than one further out, and how Atwater Village's restaurant row has shifted buyer interest over the last few years. That kind of read only comes from being in these neighborhoods consistently, not occasionally.

When I'm not working, I'm usually still in La Cañada Flintridge or Atwater Village — not because that's where my family's from (we're Midwest transplants, originally), but because that's where my daughter's school and social activities happen to be.
